Growing up watching his elder brother study medicine sparked Pawan’s fascination with the human body. Combined with a lifelong passion for exercise and fitness, this curiosity led him naturally to a career in physiotherapy. After attending a career fair and learning how physiotherapists help people recover and improve function, Pawan knew this was his calling.

With over 14 years of clinical experience, Pawan specializes in orthopaedic, geriatric, neurological, and sports rehabilitation. He is highly skilled in Dry Needling/IMS, Vestibular Rehabilitation, Joint Replacement and Post-Surgical Rehabilitation, Cupping, and Taping, enabling him to manage chronic pain, balance disorders, sports injuries, and post-surgical recovery effectively. His approach combines manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education to achieve optimal outcomes and long-term functional recovery.

Pawan is passionate about guiding individuals of all ages in injury prevention, rehabilitation, and achieving functional goals. Fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi, he provides compassionate, patient-centered care in a professional and supportive environment.
